She's wide open now John
From the 400 bridge right down the channel. Looks like all the way to beausoleil
Sturgeon is wide open as well as halfway into Hoggs. Midland and penetang can't be far off
Come on May 1st!!

Great pics thank you.  Can't wait for May first either.
Can one of you educate me where the fish sanctuary ends ( no fishing area between April 1 -late may. )     Tug channel area ??   I'm new to those waters and don't want any trouble come May 1

Tug channel and little tug are the two spillways flowing out of little lake and into the bay(two bridges on 400 in port Severn) and are closed until the 3rd sat of May. I'm about 95% sure the sanctuary runs from the base of the locks to the bridge of the 400
Any waters on the bay side of bridge would fall under normal regs and opens May 1st
Just an FYI most of the eyes are long gone from that area by opener and are already workin there way back out
Not to say they're not in surrounding areas of course
Good luck

Thank you very much that info is great to know and will help keep me outta trouble.  I'll be chasing some pike.   I'm not an eye man YET;)   But I guess they both kinda go hand in hand sometimes so who knows.
