Shallow Water Rainbows
« on: May 09, 2018, 09:07:00 am »
Haven't had time to wake the boat up yet, but I did have a few hours this past Saturday morning to toss some spoons and worms from my kayak and landed this beautiful Rainbow.

I was paddling along the Western shore south of Cobble and North of Indian Falls outside of Owen Sound. Not sure how much longer they will be shallow, but what a fight on light tackle.

Very Nice    We were up to Owen Sound this past Monday Tuesday and were able to land 10 salmon and two rainbows long lining near the harbour.  Nothing real big but fun all the same.  Best bite seemed to be early morning and then again in the evening.  Sorry no pics to post.
