This is my go to site for wave & wind forecasts - animate/manually click timeline forward. We've found it to be very accurate for both wind and waves.

I use the app called Windfinder.  Very accurate on GBay.  I havnt used it for anywhere else but I'm assuming it will be accurate as well.
