Ive seen the odd one caught but its always a debate if it is even one because of the difficulty trying to ID it. Cant say for certain if I have ever caught one.
About 15 years ago I witnesses a local creek on Southern Gbay get a huge run of a mix of cohos and pinks in late October and November. There were so many you could walk across them in the river. Never seen them there and havn't seen them since.
