Title: Other lakes Jan 2020

I know this is taboo for this message board to speak away from GBay but what has been the ice development observations by everyone?  Ex tudhope, cooks bay, anything north - six mile, Gloucester, etc.  I planned on walking out to tudhope this Friday but I’d hope for some input first.  Thank you.

Last Friday was good ice.  4-5” black. Easy walking out. 5 huts.  Had 2 sleds scream by me.  15 little perch total in 2.5 hours.

Midland bay - noticed 3 sled tracks heading out on the bay at the William street bend, 1 Eskimo ice hut about 200 yrds out.  Didn’t venture out myself but I am curious how thick the ice is there. Always careful as the storm sewer catch basin dumps in and always moving water.

There is good ice on Midland bay. Lots of machines on it. There is however a big pressure crack to be aware of..
