Collingwood Harbour

Just wondering if its worth a trip up to Collingwood Harbour.  Do the fish hang around in the winter as they do in the spring? 
I'd like to try for some trout if thats a decent spot to go.  Thanks

My suggestion would be to call Rick's Happy Hooka.  They know the harbour better than any
