trout streams

does anyone know any good fly fishing trout streams for wading in the midland/penetang area with 1lb plus trout in it?

I'm sure there are some in the area that I don't know about but there are certainly some within a short drive. Do you have a car?

yea i do have a car i actually live just south of penetang i just moved here but have heard some good things about the area. but yea i can get anywhere with a little direction.

It seems nobody wants to give up any of their brook trout spots. They are hard to come by. I did also ask the question on the Simcoe board and here is the replies

well thanks for trying i dont keep fish if that helps i aways put them back because i like catching them everytme i go lol and i found a nice stretch on the coldwater catching various sized rainbows
