Good boat launches for a new owner

As i understood from another topic chain the public boat launches should be open in Muskoka. Should it be the case, which one would you recommend for a first time owner to use for a 16.5' boat?

Make sure before you go that  non-residents can use the boat ramps.  I tried to launch at a boat ramp in McDougall and I couldnt as I wasnt a resident and they had officers there to prevent non-locals from launching.
